By accessing or using CelerAI.Pro (“the Service”), including connecting your Garmin Connect™ account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CelerAI.Pro provides fitness analytics, training planning, performance insights, and community features based on user-provided data and authorized third-party integrations (such as Garmin Connect™).

The Service is intended for informational and training guidance purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must:

4. Garmin Integration

When you connect your Garmin account:

  • You authorize CelerAI.Pro to access permitted Garmin data via OAuth
  • You may revoke access at any time through Garmin Connect settings
  • Garmin’s own Terms and Privacy Policy continue to apply

CelerAI.Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully and responsibly
  • Not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform
  • Not provide false or misleading data
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Health Disclaimer

CelerAI.Pro does not provide medical advice.

All training plans, insights, and recommendations:

  • Are informational only
  • Do not replace professional medical advice
  • Should not be followed if they conflict with medical guidance

You are solely responsible for your health and training decisions.

7. Subscription Tiers

CelerAI.Pro may offer multiple service tiers, including free and paid plans. Features vary by tier and may include:

  • Basic training plans
  • Adaptive AI-generated plans
  • AI personal coach interactions

Pricing, availability, and features may change with notice.

8. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your personal data
  • You grant CelerAI.Pro a limited license to process data solely to provide the Service
  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and improvement

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

CelerAI.Pro may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Use is fraudulent or abusive
  • Required by law or platform policy
